Scott Frampton April 23, 2015 International Guitar Month got cranked up with SiriusXM’s Ultimate Guitar 101, a list of guitar greats compiled from all our axe-oriented channels – Classic Rewind, Classic Vinyl, Deep Tracks, Hair Nation, Jam_ON, Octane, BB King’s Bluesville, Liquid Metal, Lithium, Ozzys Boneyard, RockBar, The Spectrum, Classic College Radio, SiriusXM Comes Alive, Alt Nation, The Loft, SiriusXMU and Symphony Hall. It doesn't matter where he ranks. It's just a list of someone's opinion. We make those lists all the time! I think the world is quite aware of Lindsey's exceptional and unworldly talents. He makes it clear he knows it too, in his own passive/aggressive way
It's kind of funny that in this swarm of male dominance there is Bonnie Raitt and Joni Mitchell. Bonnie is one of those artist that I have deep respect for, but don't follow her or have any of her albums. In contrast, Joni is a major presence in my world. I have all of her numerous eclectic albums. She's a very prolific and challenging artist.

As a "guitarist" he'll probably never get a very good position on these lists for many reasons, but in my opinion, as a musician in "toto", well that's another story: not many guitarist have, or had, the same amount of talent in producing, singing etc.
