Fleetwood Mac on BBC
This Saturday evening 8:25 till 9:30 UK time…on BBC2 (tv)..
“Fleetwood Mac at the BBC”. A celebration of one of the most successful Anglo-American bands of all time with a look into the BBC archives for Fleetwood Macs finest performances.. Presumably Live performances at the BBC. Not sure if this has been on before It’s followed by Fleetwood Mac: Don’t stop.. (which has been on loads of times) The archive material maybe worth a look |
No big surprises…usual stuff and clips.
Apart from a late 60s clip of Jeremy singing Linda. (Very Buddy Holly in style) Which I hadn’t seen before. |
Thanks Sue. Might still try to check it out somehow.
When I see "BBC" and "Fleetwood Mac" I think of a segment on Later... With Jools Holland a few years back when the host asked Mick Fleetwood what it felt like to be a guitarist in such an influential band. |

How strange Jools Holland making such a faux pas…. He must know Mick. (He’s also a very good musician) |
It looks like someone posted a video of "Linda" on YouTube. The sight of Danny and Peter singing backing vocals is quite amusing. Danny isn't even playing guitar.

Thanks for posting. I love listening to BBC. Always FM friendly.
