Tonight in the UK it’s the Brit awards….yearly acknowledgment of music artists.
It reminds me of the year Mick hosted……1989.
Mick is 6’5” and his fellow host was Samantha Fox 5’1”
So they were an odd couple ..let’s say.
It was a comical, nay farcical evening with many faux pas, and cock ups.
Introducing Boy George as The Four Tops stands out.

The Brits following Mick and Sam's efforts were never live for the next 18 years !
Pre recorded shows….just in case.
Nowadays it’s Live again..
And tonight the show will open with Dua Lipa closing with Kylie Minogue.
A good evening …..we hope ..

Yes she is very good, and won almost every award going at The Brits.
I know it’s not cool to say so….but she does remind me of Amy Winehouse.
