Keeping with the same format (one per album, post-Bob Welch), these are the ones that come to my mind first:

Blue Letter
I Don't Want to Know
Storms
Farmer's Daughter
That's Alright
Isn't It Midnight
When the Sun Goes Down
Winds of Change
Temporary One
Everybody Finds Out
Sad Angel

And honorable mention to Twisted, which may be my favorite reunion-era LB/SN track aside from The Dance's Silver Springs.

I Don’t Want to Know (Rumours, 1977)
That’s All For Everyone (Tusk, 1979)
Can’t Go Back (Mirage, 1982)
Isn’t It Midnight (Tango in the Night, 1987)
Freedom (Behind the Mask, 1990)
Nights in Estoril (Time, 1995)
Smile at You (Say You Will, 2003)

I don’t know about Freedom or Smile at You. Those songs don’t give me any big emotion. But Isn’t It Midnight is THE most underrated song to me. It must have been a hit like Little Lies or Everywhere.
