In fairness to Billy, those songs weren’t written for a Fleetwood Mac project. These were written when he was focused on his country solo career.
Deborah Allen had already released her version of “Talkin’ To My Heart” in 1994. He was brought back in time for the tour.
That said, I wish he would have done a psychobilly song.
