Default Is Anyone Missing Stand Back? I'm Not.

Having attended the Portland show, and revisiting that experience by watching numerous audience recorded shows, the absence of Stand Back is a welcome relief. I sure hope Stevie has dropped all grudges for the band's wise decision to veto the song from the setlist.

As a Stevie Nicks fan and not a Fleetwood Mac fan, yes, absolutely. I'm devastated I won't be hearing that song live in June.

Not in the least. However, I don't think she sings SOTM very well. I would love to hear That's Alright, instead.

I was just thinking this. To me, there is nothing in comparison to the Tusk/Mirage SOTM. I think Storms would make a great replacement as well.

Not in the slightest. I would like to hear That's Alright, or Fireflies, or IDWTK.

Definitely! Beautiful Child is probably the Stevie's best performed song from Tusk in the modern era. They were nailing it for the 2004 tour.

I Don't Want to Know would be great too, because it's upbeat and fun and features Stevie and Lindsey. I think Angel would be slightly slower and not as punk-y as from the 1980 tour.

I'd take anything other than Stand Back.

What a fantastic idea, seriously... that'd be a really cool arrangement. Or maybe give LB an acoustic guitar and let it be just the three of them harmonizing together with the sparse piano/guitar arrangement.

I loved the SYW tour version with the percussion intro. And also how she ended the song in the Tango tour

But yes it's good the song took a rest

Not at all.
I never liked it in a Fleetwood Mac setlist.
It's always sounded rushed and sloppy. The only cringe-worthy song in a Fleetwood Mac show, (aside from Mick's drum-vest solo antics).

I do miss Sara - the way they did it on the last tour was pretty sublime.

Part of me misses "Stand Back", but it did feel like it was time to give this song a rest. The focus needed to be on Fleetwood Mac material this time, not solo. It seemed like she saved her energy and gave her all to "SB" some of the time on prior tours.

Regarding TITN - I would LOVE to hear this one, and ditch ISA for a while.

Default big love

I'd love to hear a TITN version of Big Love instead of the acoustic one we've heard the last 20 yrs.
