PG Article in Record Collector
Record Collector magazine has a Peter Green article in the November issue 355 on sale now.
Don't have the article, but here's the blurb for it: “I had taken LSD and was playing guitar with a wah-wah pedal. I broke through the blues into something new” – Peter Green. To many, Peter Green remains a shadowy figure in the history of British blues. One of the nation’s first major drug casualties, he baulked at Fleetwood Mac’s success, gave all his money away and roamed the streets, more like a Tolkien character than a guitar hero. Thankfully making a recovery in later years, he speaks to RC about the highs, lows and Mick Fleetwood’s visions of a disbanded group –even before the Mac had formed. RC can be bought at WHSmiths, Borders, good newsagents, large supermarkets, independent record shops and online (even after it has gone off sale in the shops) at www.recordcollectormag.com |
