I've got a SYW promo poster - the wide shot of everyone in the main "living room" area of the house they used. You can clearly see a pipe on the coffee table. It's between the headphones and the icy beverage.

Stevie has said recently that she "no longer does any hardcore drugs." That of course opens up a lot of speculation. I think when she's doing that rant in Destiny Rules saying "this isn't about art" that she's clearly high. Stevie has never really hid her love of marijuana... just listen to her little rant at the end of this remixed version of 'The Dealer' lol
http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm...ndid=166328234 Lord, that just makes me giggle like a schoolgirl every time lol. Obviously that demo is 25 years old, but I still have no doubts in my mind that she indulges in the weed |

Yeah, I wouldn't be surprised if any of them smoke things, although it's a little disheartening.
I just don't get the whole drug thing. Like.....Why do musicians use them? Real ones don't, because music is a thinking man's game, and if you aren't able to think properly, it ain't working.

Agreed. I highly (pun intended) recommend "Musicians in Tune," by Jenny Boyd.

I have the special edition SYW CD (it has a hard, book like appearance and it is burnt orange with a raised bamboo pattern) and in the middle there is a huge color fold-out panoramic view thin poster of the band in the living room recording that clearly shows a grey pipe next to a glass of soda (the icy beverage) on the coffee table.

Those are two very different drugs. Perhaps, since he's not drinking, he might be hitting the bud more frequently! Plus, pot has gotten significantly stronger since the 60's and 70's, when you had to sift out the seeds and stems. I haven't encountered a seed in years.
