Seabirds here get pretty close to humans and I've seen a few people have the sandwich they're eating snagged right out of their hands by hungry birds flying above and it's the funniest thing. I do know not long after I first moved here I was on Englewood Beach one day and didn't see it, but everyone around said there was a group of young boys that had been passing a football and one of the boys decided to throw it towards a Laughing Gull purposely hitting it and breaking it's poor wing and it just laying there looking around for help in a pile of sand and it outraged everyone around and people were furious of such a thing. I asked if someone had called authorities or the FWC. I just hope that poor bird received help that day because it was so sad.

I've seen fishermen fishing some of the shallow bays in waist deep water and there will be about 15 pelicans swimming around him hoping for a fish and it's the cutest thing.

I know, I know, don't go clobbering me with anything because I feel like clobbering myself, but I've found myself listening to Taylor Swift's song "Ours" whenever it's on the radio and admit I kind of like it. I think it's the lyrics that sold me.

I'm doing fine here after the fact I lost my dad two weeks ago In the meantime I can't wait to it warms up here also I cant wait for Stevie's DVD to come out.

JTIS...

That I pulled almost 40 hours in 4 days at the salon! And I got time and a half for Sunday working 8 hours....At sometimes the 8 hours or so goes by pretty fast if we're busy but with the snow storm(s) we had this weekend it was wicked slow thursday friday and kinda saturday....Sunday was SWAMPED! It was only me and Sonja so we had to see if the other Kaitlyn could come in and she did thank god!!

I got my first BIG paycheck =) Working at the Rectory I was only doing part time and my checks wer eonly like a lil over $100... So I was pretty stoked about my big paycheck on Friday...I'm gonna try and save as much $$ as I can and pay off my credit cards lol

Since i'm working so much I feel like I dont have anytime to just hang out...I like my job and the people I work with...but im just not used to the long hours! Especially on my feet lol So when I come home i'm like "I JUST WANNA CHILL" and sometimes Ashley gets mad at me cuz it'll be like midnight and we'll be watching a show and I'll fall asleep lol

Today was SUPPOSE to be my day off....but because Kaitlyn came in yesteday she doesnt have to work today...So I had to cover for her 5-9....today was my only day off...so I told my boss and she said she would change the schedule...I NEED MY 2 DAYS OFF lol
