Heart If Anyone Falls (guitar mix)

Now this is great. Waddy makes this song. I have always believed his guitar should have been turned up on the track. But here is a mix that has the keyboards removed.

And how about The Nightmare minimal mix. Probably one of her best vocals on RAL but that does not say much.

Two Kinds of Love (stripped down no sax)
I am probably in the minority but I love the vocal on this song

These are really great stripped down. I also love Two Kinds of Love. It was one my favorites from OSOTM when it came out and it still is.

Those keyboards on The Nightmare are so 80s. Part of me likes them and part of me hates them. The song is very vintage Nicks where its not a perfectly written pop song because it really does not have a chorus. She always said she struggled writing pop songs and that's a good thing. I dont love the song but I don't hate it. The album version is my least favorite of the song. All other editions I like better. I hate the programmed drums but I think the song was really close to being great.

He was able to crank it up onstage in 1983.

Just superb! One of my all-time favorites. Remember how Lindsey used to say that Stevie was brilliant at laying her vocal over an instrumental track to maximum rhythmic effect? This is an example, this song. Check out how her singing “That was a mystery” is on the offbeat, not the downbeat! Her vocal stretches itself out over the drum beat, sometimes uncoiling and slowing a bit, sometimes playing catch-up, like a dragon.

I want what ever this equipment is so I can “remix” all the songs to my liking. 😎
