That is incredibly stupid. I thought it was simply badly worded and meant that they wouldn't know the seat locations before the pre-sales, but you'd be able to see where your seats are when you purchase them. If it's truly going to be "blind seating" that's ridiculous. Who is going to buy concert tickets without knowing where they'll be sitting? Especially from a fanclub with a history of not delivering.

I'm not very happy with the fact that if you get tickets through the fan club you don't know what your seats are until the tickets arrive in the mail. And considering we all got crappy seats last year how do we know that we'll really get good seats this year?

No kidding. The new fan club management is not exactly off to a roaring start, are they? Nobody gets the e-mails they send out (if, in fact, they send anything); only a handful of members received their calendars; and now they're asking us to trust them that they know what the "best seats" are? Thanks, but I'll pass.

I'm taking my chances with Ticketmaster...at least I know up front that they're screwing me over!

I had actually debated joining the fanclub with someone else and splitting the cost because I think it'll be more difficult to get tickets in the front for outdoor venues. However, blind seating? No thanks. I'll take my chances with ticketbastard.

I can believe this.... I am starting to get really bummed. I was really hoping the new fan club would be better!
I still have not recieved any return e-mails or my calendar.
I have a gift certificate for Ticketmaster. I guess I will use it....unless things get better.

This news certainly changes a lot of my plans. I won't buy blind tickets and i won't pay $500 for one ticket. I guess that leaves Ticketmaster or Ebay again. No calender or letter, no communication and no tickets. So far they are batting 1000%.

Wow, what an incredible offer! Only $500?!? For a t-shirt AND a VIP laminate? I'm so there! And heck, who wants to meet the band when we could get a backstage tour and maybe - just maybe - get a glimpse of the crates that carry Mick's drumkit! It's more than I ever dreamed!!
