New PG live DVD?

I saw on Neil's board someone found out a firm called ILC is putting out a live PG DVD of some kind in August. Anyone know anything further about this?

I wonder if it will be released on both region 1 AND 2?

I've tried to find ILC's website but was not successful in my search so please do post about it here if you know anything else about this release. Thanks in advance.
