Per Wikipedia,Fleetwood Macis the tenth studio album by Fleetwood Mac, released in July, 1975 in the United Statesby Reprise Records.It is the first Fleetwood Mac album withLindsey Buckinghamas guitarist andStevie Nicksas a vocalist. After a slow start,the album peaked at number one on the Billboard 200chart on 4 September 1976, 58 weeks after entering the chart,and spawned three top-twenty singles: "Over My Head", "Rhiannon", and "Say You Love Me", the last two falling just short of the top ten, both at number 11. The albumhas been certified7x platinumby theRIAA for sales of over seven million copies in the United States. The album up for offer is a 1975 release, but the matrix runout numbers did not correspond with any in the Discogs catalog. The recording consists of 11 tracks with a run time of 42+ minutes.The coveris in VG condition. There is very little evidence of wear along the edges and corners. There are no split seams, tears, bent corners or markings on the front and back covers of this textured album and there is no evidence of disk wear.
The paper inner sleeveis original and intact with no split seams, but is generic in nature. There is a printed illustrated insert that includes track listings, lyrics and production information on both sides. It too is in excellent condition.
The recordinghas been cleaned and tested using Audacity. All track have been played through and all tracks are free of skips. There is very little background noise. The sound is strong, clear and crisp. The record surfaces show mild wear but no signs of scratches or scuffs to the touch. The surfaces retain their gloss and the labels are clean and intact. This is the album that starteda run of hugely successful albums for the band,followed byRumours, Mirage and Tusk. This recording is in VG+ condition by Goldmine standards.
