If you were to make a cover album.....
If you were a famous singer and you wanted to make a "Cover Album" of you favorite songs and influences what would it be?
Just a little requirements... Minimum of 10 songs maximum of 18 CANNOT BE All ONE ARTIST (That means not all FM or SN ) 3 from one artist is the limit. Ok.. Have fun with this! Heres mine.... 1. Desire - U2 2. Hot For Teacher - Van Halen 3. C'mon Feel The Noise - Quiet Riot 4. Seasons Of Wither - Aerosmith 5. Welcome To The Jungle - Guns 'N Roses 6. Second Hand News - Fleetwood Mac 7. Bohemian Rhapsody - Queen 8. Honky Tonk Woman - Rolling Stones 9. Dust In The Wind - Kansas 10. Hollyann - Boston 11. Go Your Own Way - Fleetwood Mac 12. Beautiful Girls - Van Halen 13. Baba 'O Riley - The Who 14. Lyin' Eyes - Eagles 15. Back In Black - AC/DC 16. Don't Look Back - Boston 17. Rats In The Cellar - Aerosmith (Sorry if something like this has been posted in the past.. It was just an idea that popped inot my head)

Cool thread Jacob!
Let's see...I would want to do things that go with my singing voice, despite the fact that I'd be tempted to do Christina Aguilera's "Come On Over Baby" and Third Eye Blind's "Farther." I would definitely have to do Carly Simon's "Anticipation" and John Lennon's "Imagine" I would want to do an FM cover, and "Sara" immediately comes to mind, but I'm afraid listeners would find my version even more boring than the original studio version. |
