I love enchiladas, and I love green chiles! Please post that recipe, I would love to try it. I worked at a family-run Mexican and Southwestern restaurant for a while, and learned how to make good salsa, and ceviche, Navajo tacos (Southwestern) and their family recipe for mole. Why the resume'? I am just trying ot let you know that I'm a serious about cooKing those enchiladas!

Well I can't post the Green Chile Stuff recipe - as my sister and I are the only ones who have it - it's our "secret family recipe"

The enchiladas - I don't have the recipe here (it's at home) - but I can PM it to you if you'd like...

I know...I thought about the teasing after I posted...but that stuff - you can't make anywhere but places where they sell Green Chile - and I'm talking the REAL stuff...
