CD Presale and Tix presale - confused?

I got that email about ordering the CD early and being able to get presale on tix but when I click on it, I get the Nashville tix only with the CD option to purchase. I just want the CD now (cause I am going to the Denver show - whoo hooo!!!!) which is not on sale yet, and my understanding from email is that if i get the CD as a presale thru ticketmaster then I am eligible for all presale info which would include Denver? is that correct and if so how do you just order the CD? If it's not correct how are you eligible for presale in your area? I also see there is a password you need in order to even place your order - they didn't even give one so how do you get that? I just want to be prepared when Denver tix go on sale and also get a CD. Can you tell am confused....
