Default Weird Songs That Climbed The Charts

What are some weird songs that did well on radio?

Mr. Roboto comes to my mind right away.
Also Yellow Submarine and Rapture

Laurie Anderson's "O Superman". Don't know if it's still played on the radio these days, but at least it was a sizeable hit in the UK.

It's not weird so much as ANNOYING, but "Don't Worry Be Happy" by Bobby McFerrin.

Bizarre 'song' that one. Saw the video clip on TV one day.

Here's my entry - an Australian song from this year called 'Ooh Aah'. It is truly the worst song ever, and there was even a big petition to get it taken off the air. It kept getting played on some stations simply becuase the artist, Tamara Jaber, is the girlfriend of one of the radio people, or something like that. Either way, download it and have a listen - and a laugh!

Some of the 'lyrics':

Boys are rotten made outta cotton
Girlz are sexy made outta pepsi
Boys are rotten made outta cotton
Girlz are sexy made outta pepsi

Ooh ahh i lost my bra
I left it in my boyfriend's car
Why did i leave it there
Because i needed to get some air
Ooh ahh i lost my bra
I left it in my boyfriend's car
Broom broom and there he goes
Oops there go my pantyhose
