Default Cross Betweens

Some artists seem to combine interesting elements of others.

For example:

Stevie Nicks reminds me of a cross between Loreena McKennit and Janis Joplin.

Debbie Harry reminds me of a cross between Nancy Sinatra and Pat Benatar.

I'm trying to limit each to two. And I'm trying to keep it relatively serious - too easy to say things like Britney reminds me of diarrhea & Debbie Gibson.

Additions?

dissention reminds me of a cross between Bea Arthur and Janice Dickinson.

I know Simon & Elton, wise-ass.
Don't know the killers.

I did meet Simon years ago at that same job where Sting ripped me off. Simon was decent. And his credit card did say Simon le Bon. I remember the l was lowercase.

Exclamation Let's see...

Dream Theater-Musical combination of the progressiveness of Yes & the heaviness of Metallica (Before Metallica sold-the-f**k-out)

Pop Music-A combination of a smelly/dirty filled to capacity litter box & lip-syncing "never-was'" lemmings like Ass-leak Simple-ton

Don't encourage him, he's old enough to know better.

I agee with that one. Except I think Metallica wussed-the-f**k-out more than they 'sold out'.

Orbit Service cross between Syd Barrett era Pink Floyd and The Church. (and sprinkle a little Kurt Cobain as seasoning)
